Hand Money: The amount noted on the handbill is due at knockdown

of sale.

Final Payment: Balance due within 10 days from the date of sale.

Payment Type: Cash, bank or certified check, money order.

LISTINGS OF PROPERTIES FOR SALE

Newspapers: Sales are listed in a variety of local community newspapers

in the area where the property is located once a week for three consecutive weeks prior to the sale.

Legal Journals: The Delaware County Legal Journal once a week for three consecutive weeks prior to the sale.

Sheriff’s Office: Handbills and property lists are available in the Sheriff’s Office.
